Migum Gweon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who serves clients living in California and Nevada. She has nearly 15 years of experience working with couples and individuals, with specialized training in marital conflict, depression and anxiety, divorce support, and trauma recovery. She brings diverse experiences from previous careers in piano performance and investment banking to address issues such as performance anxiety and competition. Migum is Korean-American and well-versed in understanding the nuanced dynamics of the Asian culture, particularly intergenerational issues between immigrant parents and their U.S.-raised children and also sensitivities around interracial relationships. She was a core faculty member and Director of Clinical Training in the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy for eight years.
